- For any automatically activated package, units can be used, regardless of the date of its purchase, by the last day of the calendar month.
- For packages activated on a one-off basis, units can be used for a period of 30 calendar days.
- Unused megabytes are kept for 7 days after the package expires. After 7 days, any such megabytes will be cancelled.
- If you buy, within 7 days after the package expires, a mobile Internet package a new internet package, unused megabytes will be added to the new package.
- Packages can be purchased only if the user requests in writing and the operator activates the requested package. In any other case, standard rates apply.
In the case of mobile Internet service, the delay is < 400 milliseconds.
